Think to do with Active X in Internet explorer, if you copy Hyperlink of Connection, Then go to internet explorer and paste in URL of Connection Diagram, it may prompt you to allow Active x, as its blocked, Then will show Picture of Connection,
Dont ask how i know, as it happens on mine Also, LOL :>
would love a work around, but im not that SMART, Cheers
