For what purpose exactly used resistors R14 and R114 ?I have 102 value and my mpps v18 working well ,r/w everything without problem but i saw that some variants use value 511 .

You must solder K line driver in empty U8 place not in U12 where is Lm2903

Note that U8 pinout is not for Si9241,compare with L9637d and will see difference,RX,TX,VCC...

I solded in U8 , i check pin pcb with pinout si9214a datasheet , and removed L.03.. U12 , but not work, i tested also with 2, i resolded Lm2903 and mod ocb ...2017.. as 2016 .. and work read and writw 59f under 100 , but nor 59f over 100. I wont now replace L2903.with L9637d thank

YES READ/WRITE by OBD
some other PSG16 I had to read and write directly via connector on PSG16 because by OBD no connection established.
