Kess V2 EU misstake

Hello Friends ! i did a misstake with my kess v2 eu clone 4.036

I have a KTAG Original Tool with ksuite 2.28 and today i startet my Kess eu with that version and internet was on !

I want only to know its possible to repair without change the NXP if all Info are OK

INFO shows 4.036

Customer Number is OK and serial nummber ok too

Only the big buttons are not working ! Car bike protocol i cant chose theme !

its possible to repair or not ?

l thought the chip is programed to be internet safe ? im sure my eu one is , do you think it might of updated the sd card and over write it ? might need formatting and run your program to update protocols again ?
have you a picture of your menu ? thought it wiped customer number if its knackered

K09021102 is ok its not banned serial , l think its sd card where your problem is . l would copy sd files to pc to save and format sd card and let program update kess unit

you have unlimited tokens l take it too

just uploading a new set of sd files m8
see if you have these files or use these

well my kess eu has no update files because its on the chip and safe so no need for updates

my ksuite for my ktag (internet off) has these files

l think these are the files you have written to your sd card by mistake ?

so you might have wiped your tokens ?

5555 client code means internt caught ur tool.
with a a new SD card u load a new cfg and then go back to old card again and re do update and its all good again

not really...but you can insist...will find at the end how to do it better...you are on the good way
