    Hi when an EGR delete is done and the EGR is left on site, has the vacuum pipe got to be clamped blocked off or do mappers stop the vacuum to EGR.

    Vacuum solenoid/control valve whatever you want to call it shouldnt let EGR valve open if it has been deleted from ECU.
    Not 100% sure though.

    hello evrybody... im flashing with kess and ktag on a jaguar xf 3.0 6 cyllinder 240 hp the sw is 503430

    i have micro(maps)
    extflash
    eprom

    but no matter how i do the flash

    ither the car wont start or the car has a fault on engien when applying gas

    how would you flash it

    im thinking about with kess 2.53 and flash partial????

    im forced to flash car on bench

    Why so many passworded files?Please read what Johnner user wrote "Hopefully with the idea that the more experienced guys would help out/teach people new to it ,out...and that the inexperienced guys would report back on their results...which I think is only fair ?"Want to help and teach ? no password ,want to protect your work?need money?go to other topic.Ask for tuned file?here is not the right topic.Why is so hard to fallow few simple rules?
    Real engines don't need forced induction
    Who needs a turbo when you have a stupidly quick naturally aspirated engine?

    Hi can someone who works with tuning VW DSG's tell me what programs they use or any procedures to help me get started? I realize this is an engine tuning discussion but I think the same principles apply in this case.

    Hello, I don't know if i'm in the right place to ask this but maybe someone can direct me.
    I want to start learning about how to read ecu's, what software and hardware i need to extract the map from the ecu en how to change the map.
    Are there any tutorials about ecu-tuning?

    Hello, can someone explain to me how the pedal map (x axis - % accelerator pedal, y axis - rpm) coefficient works in Siemens SID? For example, if the coefficient is 0.5, what does it refer to? if 1, for what? Up to torque, I suspect, but I don't know exactly how.

    Second, why is there a map in Siemens SID that converts IQ to Nm and another that converts Nm to IQ?
