    Default mercedes 320 cdi edc15c6 tuning problem

    Hi. I have problem with tuning files. Safe mode when kick down.
    Mercedes 320 cdi, EDC15c6.
    And rate my tune.

    And which DTCs you have after?
    NO PASSWORDS FOR ANYONE, EXCEPT THE RECIPIENT OF THE FILE !!!
    If your PM box is full, clean it right now...
    Otherwise, your requested file will be deleted... for ever!

    I was not looking. I was not thinking. Now is the stock map in the car. I'll try this weekend and report. Tnx Bobolin40 for replay.

    Too rich mixture. Turbo maps totally wrong, IQ wrong, torque limiter wrong. In my opinion the problem is the RAIL PRESSURE. 50 bar is a bit too much for this one. Try it with 20 bar first, and never touch it again if it is ok. And the EGR maps are fulled with 12 000...leave it stock, and just blank it with a plate and delete the DTC it is better for this ECU, because 12000 does not mean the EGR is closed 100%.

    The file looks right, there is no problem with the parametrs. What error do you have ?
    EGR is also ok, i have this solution for EGR off with no problems or limp. How are your swirl flaps ?
