I think that Clip can remove speed limit .

because it not revs more than 3000rpm and it not have any faults so I guess may it have revs limiter for any reasons

This file is not original... Obviously you have Limp Mode, because of the bad software...
BTW, one of the two Limp Mode limiters is untouched.

yes you are right boboli4o now Im sure that its limp mode . but how to fix it .any chance to get ori flash file ? and very sad but act tuning your file is not working .

yes I know about revs on mb while not moving ! I thought about this ! but traffic not revs more than 3000rpm no matter it is moving or not .
