I have a problem with the china Clone Kess 2.13 4.036

In the video it i seasy but in reality

If i pusch the button for Soft K10033818 to renew the tokens i can not open the button browse to choise the file

Any help please

reset can be done only with 2.08 sw version
also,if not work,you can contact me for reset your tool...

no need replace NXP
if info buton show you same 4.036 firmware,NO NEED REPLACE NXP
if your info buton will show you another superior fw.for example 4.037...not 4.036...means that it was updated fw by internet,and at this moment you are fuxed
so...RULES...if is rested same fw 4.036 NO NEED NXP REFLASH OR CHANGED
please understand this and stop posting your fix ideea
i will help to repair this tool if is with same 4.036 inside

same sollution as teamtuner as told you only thing different is teamtuner told you to use a new 2gb sdcard
formatting sd card to fat32 doesnt always work so best with new
listen to teamtuner he knows what hes talking about and all you are doing is wasting yours and others time by not doing as said.

1.Format sd card and put in back to the unit as is (empty)
2.Copy and replace update folder into installation folder of k-suite
3.run k-suite and wait

1. Format sd-card in fat32 and put in kess (you can take also a bigger card than 2 gb, mine is 8gb. If you get an error during update, take another)
2. Follow the video. Witout copy something or else inkl. enough tokens for lifetime.
