My X100 PAD2 stopped undating recently:

Get arror: "GetupdatellistEx: Error Code=5. Data does not exist"

Any help in solving?

Yes, No problem. Just pay 400USD if it is Xtooltech version. 1 year subscription of free updates. And you will get updates again. 200USD less than the K518.

What annoying me with their website, is that they newer write what's the latest immo updates is. Like many of the other websites.
Who is willing to pay 400USD. Not knowing what you get, of latest updates.
They mix all updates in one big list. And not specified IMMO only.

I don't care about other stuff. Like ordinary OBD things. Like updated the latest diesel injector of Opel 2018.

What they need is to keep their IMMO updates in a separate field.
So those who has an interest can get actual info. To verify that the 400USD yearly subscription, is worth to pay. FINALE.

So sorry.... They erased everything that works.... My XDP is useless now, X100 still working the things that XDP not worked

lost software considered to be the expiration of update. Pls contact your local dealer to prolong the update time

Here is my experience with OBDSTAR products.

I bought x100 some cars were ok others not, in 2 years they annouce x100pro they force me to upgrade to new product ( i been told that old x100 is weak hardware and ..... bla bla bla)
they give discount on so called upgrade I said ok. I recived my new interface and again some cars work ok others not.
After 1 year they make new product x300 pro and again I been told weak hardware bla bla i asked for discount this time been told no discount for loyal customer.
This time I said it is enough. And again 1 year past and they make new product.

Here are my thoughts

1. They don't care about customers
2. They do updates that remove funcionality of their products,
3. They don't care about loyal customers,
4. They just want your money.

Pls try to log out and then log in. The device will revert back to your last free update version

For update: in the settings under user, log out and log in then update.

When I first received the XDP tool, it work on some ford vehicles, after a lot of upgrading, it doesnt work, (Immo and Mileage)

also Toyota Key calculation on server doesnt work

What Bug? There is no bug! Obdstar are removing functionality of the x100 pro with so called new updates, As far as i am concerned you well understand whats going on here, but use the same old excuses,

I have done all this and still NOTHING,

We want the old software that worked! Not Bullshit,

Im thankfull i only bought it to do certain cars, but it dont even do these anymore, I really feel for the people that bought the more expensive gear.

I count myself lucky, and will never buy an obdstar product again.
