I have done all this and still NOTHING,

We want the old software that worked! Not Bullshit,

Im thankfull i only bought it to do certain cars, but it dont even do these anymore, I really feel for the people that bought the more expensive gear.

I count myself lucky, and will never buy an obdstar product again.

Did you try the method: log out--->log in--->then upgrade?

I have X100 and X100PRO.
To receive updates, I bought a new X300pro3.
But within three months the device is almost not updated.And 1 year after the registration of the device, you will again have to pay for updates.Which also will not.I do not recommend buying X300Pro3.

For X100 Pro, there is almost no upgrade now due to hardware problem.

New upgrade needs to update online, X100 Pro doesn't support
