KESS v2 clone Security code not ready

Hello,

Has anybody had this problem before and how did you solve it?

Tried to read the flash of AUDI S3 8P with the new Kess (the last one worked fine) but this one gives me error: security code not ready.
I've seen other solutions with read speed, but I don't have this option in my setup menu.
