memory OKI:
memory removed - immo off
memory all ffff - immo reset

No, but as I serched and know, this solution works only on hitaxhi mfi 00x series, doesn' t works on 15x series because it is hybrid.
Also the ecu has 93c46 not (oki). I know that it is similar but desoldering solution works only when the ecu fits oki chip.
If I am wrong please correct me.

The problem is that the car is around 300km away and it is not easy to do this procedure.
Need a working solution.

With this cable you cannot read on this car.
Try to find someone with fvdi.
With fvdi you can read pin.
