Alfa Giulietta 1.4 Turbo Multiair 170 cv Problem

Hello Friends,

I just have the vehicle, it's an Alfa Giulietta 1.4 turbo MultiAir TCT 170 cv (automatic gearbox) ECU Magneti Marelli IAW 8GMF
The problem is that the turbo does not work, the vehicle is very slow to get to the RPM, has no power.
There are no suspicious noise, but the symptoms look like a broken turbo.
I controlled electrical wire, changed the solenoid and finally I put a new turbo, is it still the same problem.
The catalyst is ok, system MultiAir is ok , I do not see where it can have the problem?

I thought of one thing, can you tell me if the vehicle have the original file or if the file has been modified?

The problem may be that?

Can you give us more details of the ECU, please paste a picture of the numbers it will help to find the correct original file. I think this file is not original because of the checksum, but without an original it will be hard to compare.
