Default Vauxhall 1.7 DTi Remap/Egr off

Hi. Can someone tune my file for as much power/torque as possible.

Mods I have done are... Ported and polished manifold, turbo inlet has been polished, also all areas in exhaust/turbine housing have been ported and polished. Full egr delete kit, decat and centre box delete, maf and inlet relocated directly on turbo and gsi intercooler.

I'd like as much power/torque as possible and egr off p0400 dtc off.

    Thanks

Think youll find allot of people on here tired of offering Free Soloution, at same time this site is not for profit, so no selling allowed,
so you may have to go find a tuned file from another source,,,,
maybe you may have some one help with your file,

No I have a 110bhp Remap and a 125bhp Remap, but here in UK seems no one hasn't broken past that, I'm wondering if more can be done by someone..

The Turkish are running 160bhp daily, but they have custom fitted other turbos, which I don't have equipment to do.

The Isuzu Y17DT engine isn't sh*t. Yes as standard it isn't the best power wise but that was because it was restricted for emissions based tax.

They originally were going to be 95bhp before the emissions based tax was introduced, to keep the tax down they were restricted to 75bhp.

I know a guy over in Turkey who's running 270bhp at the fly with his.

These engines are very under rated, why do you think there sh*t?!

No they were shit on Power, but Yes Bullet proof Well proven engine, but shit for power, allways, standard, 270 ?? u have proof of this, is a old technology engine, 160 seems hard to believe, but 270,,, z19dth, now this is a tunable engine, and 150 standard, think id have started on this and worked from, how old exactly is your 1700cdti ? got to be getting on some,

It's not even a cdti, it's a DTi, before they ruined it putting a common rail head on it.

I have proof from him of it on dyno. He's fitted a gt2056v iirc, custom injectors, custom bronze clutch, and probably on stand alone ecu to run it all.

For 150bhp, there machine the oem turbo inlet for a +6mm billet wheel, uprated clutch and Remap.

For 160bhp, there fitting the likes of gt16 from insignia 1.6T, tf035 from Subaru, ko4 from Audi s3.

    Z19dth tunable yes, reliable.... No, It's a Alfa/fiat engine....

Well if we can make a completely standard combo make 113.5bhp/215ftlb torque, then fitting a bigger turbo and bigger nozzles will easily make 150-160bhp.

We had a guy put our 115bhp remap on his Astra van with big intercooler and straight through, had it dyno'd and he said it came back at 135bhp.
