MC68376 - reading and writing the easiest way

I need to read some device with a processor and MC68376 and Flash 29F800. I do not want to desolder Flash 29F800. Is there a simple way to read this Flash via processor? What kind of programmer should I use? Via debugging.

Where you able to sort this out?
I also need to read the same processor and flash, and if i could read it without remove flash, it would be great...
I know that there are some tools out there, but right now i´m very limited in cash, so i would like to see if i could "build" anything just for now so that i could do this...

If you can help me out i would really appreciate.
