Default 13 BMW 328i CAS 3++ downgrading problem

A10CF238-D85C-458C-8D39-19D9A42DDE67.JPGWas adding an extra Comfort key into BMW & during the downgrade it fail to upload the flash, using VVDI2, now it won't do anything, is that anything I can do to fix it before I have to buy a new CAS? Tried a few more times to repair CAS but it goes really slow & @ 80% it gives message Fail to upload Part 1

Why does the CAS3 + ever have to be downgraded by VVDI2? VVDI2 can not even read at the CAS3 + partly EEprom and it comes the message that this type is not supported.

Well, you'll now have to do what you should have done before trying to downgrade with VVDI2, of all things: remove the CAS, read flash and eeprom. Post copies so they can be repaired.

I always try to manually back up cas modules before doing anything else. They are so easily corrupted.

LMAO! Now that, "almost two years ago", makes sense!
