I did it on a 2017 ram
Promaster , from a remote flip key to
A id46 transponder , inserted on a single key , van starts 100%.
Ram promaster has same Immobilizer system as Fiat 500

KEY TOOL was bleeping every time - OK
APP ON PHONE was showing NO collections, every time

KEYTOOL was getting signal fine, because bleep everytime i turn on ignition, app did not respond with any collections, 1 2 3 etc, nothing at all

I encountered this today. Machine will only collect one time....after that it would just beep and the screen just showed 1 data collection.
Have done many 48 clones with no issues. First I deal with this. Car is not the problem as I tried cloing with my KD-X2 and it did 100% same error as Xhorse.

you can also try collect data via Electronic key ( key with NXP)
keytool can prepare that key

I did a Chevy Colorado remote around the same vintage. Worked perfect.
