VVDI KEY TOOL

Hello,
I have VVDI 2 and Vagobd helper. I try to make new smart key for VW Arteon from 2019year.
I read the immo data with vag obd helper. Server start to calculate, and on the end show me error 9484E.
I have 7 tokens.

What that means.?

You can communicate with VVDI through the Support channel in their Android/iOS app.
But maybe it's better you to turn to OBD Helper support team instead.

Hi.
I tried to talk to Samic and I have no answer, after the upgrade the screen was full of DEF,
I can't go back, the version is 3.3.5 but defective.

I don't know if it works the same way for KeyTool though...

Anyway if not - then just write to support from your Xhorse APP.

This is not china market remote mate.

Vvdi2 did generate the remote.

So how can one distinguish china market remote from non-china market remote? Are there any external signs except from what the tool says when it reads it?

must be a wrong software load to remote,
If you can use a VVDi2 with china database - then you can generate it
if not - return to seller for exchange

in a past manufacture did some mistake and sent randomly wrong remotes to Eu
but sellers exchange that , or VVDi2 database and you can still use it
