Just one warnning for user vvdikey tool,don't try prepare proxy key via app iphone or android app,keytool programming success and after proxy key is death! (in may case key XSKF01N) not possible again to revive,i try with vvdi2 and vvdikey tool with special option back to live key but not possible, key is death!

The option is Standard 315Mhz MQB blade key with remote .
If this also works on Keyless.

yes, you need talk with your seller , you not mention him what database use your device, or they sent wrong

A question about the new xhorse xm38 toyota remotes.
They list them as being able to produce 8A 0351 9900AAAA 312/314 remotes which are used on Rav4 amongst others.
There is no listing for this remote when try to generate them.
There seems to be a lot of the boards missing that they say they can produce.

Am I missing something here?

It should work, but you must use the App on your phone - there's much more information there than on the KeyTool. Most important bit is the feedback that everyone leaves and gives you exact answer which model and how to program it.
Or if you want us to help you, you need to give full information for the car and the working key.

If you have tested with all generated keys from the Xhorse list and they don't work then problem is not in the keys or Xhorse.
