Hello after update today i have chinese firmware ?? 2.3.0 and area change to ch but i am in eu , how i can fix ?

go back to 2.2.0 and it will be ok

I have the same problem with my EU device

If I try to downgrade to v2.2.2 or lower it stays v2.2.2 in Chinese language. I can't downgrade it to v2.2.0 or lower because the version stays v2.2.2 after the downgrade too.

i have eu version,i updated today in 2.3.0 and then chinese language and china version,downgrade to 2.2.0 and everything ok,english version english language and keytool works ok

you are lucky , mine is ME version , after upgrade ( and downgrade ) he just dead if i don't learn Chinese this week !

Try repair > clear all though upgrade kit and install v2.2.2 again.

Yesterday downgrade didn't work - it said in Chinese on our tool too. But today it is working - guess they fixed something in their servers.
So everyone who don't know Chinese do the cycle one more time today - 2.3.0>2.2.2.

And TERMINATOR1000 don't say "DEAD" or "ERROR". There's no such thing, it's just in Chinese language but everything is working.
It's like saying that someone who doesn't speak a language you understand is dead...

yes now select device keytool > version 2.2.2 > upgrade device
That's what I did in my keytool and succeeded. version 2.2.2 and no ch

Does anyone have a problem with Audi A4 smart keys renew procedure?
Shows all good in vvdi tool, key tested and works but in car immo coded correctly but remote doesnt work. Ive tried 4 different renewed remotes and all the same results. So i presume there might be a bug in vvdi tool
