They started selling different MQB remotes but there is no explanation and no manual how to use.

I wil stay away from these remotes for now.

I tried to generate a 92 for a 16 Explorer today, while it generated it, it never programmed & keep failing. Anyone had any luck making a 92?

The smart remote is universal type, you can select MQB in remote list to generate, then programming to the car by VVDI2.

However, the XKMQB1EN is a regular remote not smart/proximity type ?
Are you saying that to generate the XKMQB1EN as MQB regular remote we need to use the proximity menu (as shown in below pics) ?

how can i change version from na to global
have last update 3.2.5
but if i go to remote generation smart key... i only see small list...
how can i get all car list like other collegue MY SERIAL NUMBER IS VK01807689
can anyone help ?

yes ,that is , and in the app of mini keytool , you can enter the option and it will has instruction of that

it is changed now , you can update your device again and it will be GL version

Does anyone know who the best person/link for key tool support is pls? i tried to update to V3.27 but it keeps going round a loop saying "system file error need to format" and nothing happens, any ideas,thanks
update:its sorted you have to update to V3.26 ,after that to V3.27.
