I have tried three different computers. No firewall and no antivirus. Still keep getting error.

Contatced xhorse via skype. They logged onto my computer via teamviewer. Noticed everything was good on my end. I believe it was Samic and he did something on his server. Update now went through. Thanks Xhorse.

And with new version released today (9.9.2019) all worked OK. Database is now saved.

With app in iphone remote renew not working no data stored and when you download data not working too. Data not saved on iphone.

Just to clarify, we can unlock the ID48 cloning for free but we cannot use points, has to be tokens?

yes , your device can not calculate with points , but with this promotion , you can calculate with points in next month

I was unable to also update to 3.2.7 or 3.2.8 either. I was on 3.2.3 before and 3.2.5 update successfully but not those two higher versions. Also 48 {not 96 bit) cloning is not working just keep cycling me around. please I need help.

update:its sorted you have to update to V3.26 ,after that to V3.27.

I couldn't find 3.2.6, I can only see 3.2.5, 3.2.7 and 3.2.8 with both upgrade kit 1.5.7 and 1.5.9

you can use the 'online service ' of xhorse app and leave your serial number , they will change your version to GL version , after that , you can update to 3.2.8
