2018 5G6 is MQB - so key ins integrate with transponder, once you generate key (with transponder) you need learn that key via VVDi to cluster

Just tried to renew Honda remote with Mini key tool and phone app but there isn't Honda in the list

What I missing?

VVDI key tool can renew thes remotes and I tought that mini have the same coverage

dont need to renew honda prox! they are reusable

Hey guys,
I´m newbie and can use some advice from pros.
I want to get Key tool max, but I´m not sure if with or w/out mini obd. There´s not much info about it and from my view its more or less the same, what I can do with Obdstar x300 pro3 key. I mean key matching, PIN reading and diagnostics.
Can you help me with that?

The old VVDI Key tool can unlock this key but on the app missing Honda and can't be renewed with mini key tool
