Conversion FRF to BIN

Hello !
Someone have possibility to convert FRF to BIN ?
I bricked EDC17C46 with FRF update and urgently need to repair the ecu.

I bricked this ecu with VCP. Repaired but even ODIS-E cannot update ecu.

Why?You uploaded wrong file or this tool is for scrap?

I've 3 files for this ecu from flashdaten and none of them works.
