Hello, my BT module just went to crap, cannot be turned on, and cuts out radio.
Took it apart, PCB looks fine, and i saw that the 28F128J3C needs to be resoldered and reprogrammed.
Funny thing is, i don't have that chip/flash, the one that i have is: 128J3C150.
Is there any chance that this can be flashed with the same code?

Sorry to open up an old Post.
I have a problem with my bmw e91, the Bluetooth does not work, so I dissasabled the mulf because I have read that resoldering the Flash could help. My question is: can I use the software for the 28F128J3C Flash also for my 28F128J3D75 Flash?

    MULF is a 2006 with product number: 84.21 9 - 123290 - 01

    Like to try this too.
Do you program it in a BGA socket or on the board itself?

I enclose the file with the new program. Will heal every MULF. Beeprog in this will help.

    I think, that I helped.
