Fiat Coupe 16VT Malware function off

Hello,
can someone deaktivate the malware function (or edit to 7500 rpm) on Fiat Coupe 16V turbo?
We can not communicate with the ecu, and we checked all the wires and everything is ok.
But the engine not revs more than 4000 and the malfunction light is on.

Are you edited the rev limiter or the malfunction rev limit from 4000 to 7500?
