Hello, Can somebody help delete secondary air injection
2.0 VW golf 2005
PN: 06A 906 032 RF

The engine was replaced and now there is no holes in cylinder head for secondary air injection. Now getting codes and cannot fix it without replacing cyl head.

no, it just need to remove the dtc and thats it,

Your file is a bit different to what i'm used to (1.8T) but SAI should be OFF.

Readiness monitor is set to unsupported (VCDS should show PASSED).

However you may have cold start issues because I did not found SAI flow related maps.
Can't find ESCONF either to fix the circuit related DTC's for pump and relay, but will try to do it later.

Test the file and I'll add some improvements later

Here is what I get when I write this dump back into the module.
SAI is still on. I can hear it when I start the car and it is still failing the readiness.
Any other ides?

After writing file back to module, SAI still not set/failed on readiness.

Keep the SAI relay pluged in and let me know.
