IO terminal PSA BSI...PIN code read

Hello,anyone have purcase and try Andrius PSA Bsi IO terminal module?
I have purcase it and just wanna to see anyone test how it work does it need Power supply to car like other tools.
Can it work 206- and 307- 95160 bsi?
Andrius told me that it work different than other tools,much faster,it read EEp in less than 20 sec and Flash in 2-3min.

Today P206 2006y. Read pin and eeprom in 5-6 second,wipers work.
Write modify eeprom in 5 sec.
Work excellent.
External power was on car connected.
