There was a way years ago of putting a very small value capacitor across 2 pins of the hybrid with power to the set and keep switcing on/off rapidly until the code was cleared.Was a crude way but worked.. Unfortunatley i cannot remember the pins or value of capacitor.. Maybe a search on the web might provide that info

(user changeable code
)
Desolder eeprom V810 (832CCN ELDA566).
Touch the quartz until radio work without code.
Then put back the eeprom, and solder.
Code confirm: press < then > .
