If you got it from me, that will work, if not, check with your supplier to see what firmware is on the box.

M8, there is nothing wrong with the softwa*e, its been tested before it was uploaded. If there was fault with the softwa*e then it would effect ALL 1100 boxes and NOT just yours.
    Usually it user error.

If the firmware is loaded proper and still channels scrambled,
try this go into language menu> red 2520 and enable emulator on Xcam and press green to save save.

    Try it like this m8,

Please make sure your usb pen drive is formatted to FAT32.

Downloaded the firmware from here>Digital Kaos - Downloads - EX1100USB_SEP01.abs, drag and drop it onto your usb pen drive. Then ensure your machine is powered down before plugging the pen drive in the usb slot, power up. Press>Menu>tools>Upgrade by USB, highlight the firmware file and press RED to flash and OK to confirm.
If pay channels are still scrambled, go into language menu, press red 2520 and enable emulator ON Xcam and green to save.
This option is only available if the new firmware is installed proper.

There is no need to change/unzip the file.
