do you seriously not read? i never said i had a lifetime free update...
I just stated i that my trail period isn't over yet it will probably run out in the next month or so and i am going to take atleast another year subscription from them i have the K518ISE version and im quite happy with it.
I am sorry if you think you feel scammed, but the support is good, not great, but good enough and as long it keeps functioning on the makes and model that they now support thats fine.
New cars appear and new key programmers will be developed. that just how life works. if you couldnt make some money of this machine then you did a bad job at selling your keys.
but i'll stop feeding the troll, so

i'll troll you a good day sir!

Careful one2key. They don't take kindly to honesty here.. they get all butt hurt and get triggered and have you silenced for simply speaking truth

Tread lightly lest you get banned for having opinions

You are on the wave or sank, I prefer sank. I like lonsdor and I know its limitations. But people thinks they are cheated by lonsdor. Well, it's their opinion, but must respect others opinions.

Nobody's getting banned mate, for expressing their opinion, whether that be about sacks of onions, turnips ,or programmers !

When people start getting abusive and personal, that's when it's pointed out to you ,and if you persist...well....then,that's on you !

Just keep it kinda civil...quite simple really

When lonsdor tool K518 ISE was sold in market fiat and Peugeot and few other modules were not working 100% during this time they managed to solve the bugs and they did ask us if any one want to go ahead with the six month trial run you are all welcome, unfortunately they do have a rights to stop the updates because now they are asking for the 1 Year Full Update Subscription which they are entitle for, the only mistake they made they should have not asked us for the six month trial instead asked for module payment system and I would have been happy to pay but lets be realistic they need that extra money to pay the technicians working for more improvement as long as they stick with this tool for longer time and not introduce another tool I think they may pick up again.

you are now come soft on them...the facts are solid, when they start they said free updates, now the want money per year,600 is not much but the hardware cost, how can we trust them that in a year or so they will not ask for more or even worse come up with a new machine and stop updates, this is the dilema and each one will have to take his chances and roll the dices for him...
