Yesterday I bought a programmer to Read and programing
the Flash 29f400 and I researched a lot about adapters 44 and did not find because it not in the cities I hope an alternative solution without adapters 44 and I need a very flash programming please help b experience

For a quick fix, you can get an MS42/3 BMW or ME7 VAG ecu and read and write 29F400 through boot mode.

Your problem is you own the programmer that does not serve one by one pin connection (44 : 44 one by one). It's likely you must use the custom made of its own because adapter of 44 : 40 won't be made as a universal for any programmer brand.
