Openbox V8S 'Offline'

Hi guys. I am tearing the remainder of my hair out so hopefully someone can help. Following my Skybox F5 dying I replaced it with the Openbox. I have the gift and relevant programming details but it is always 'offline' and I cant get it to be 'online'. There must be something very minor that I am not doing, so if anyone has any suggestions or a link to how to set mu box up, I'd be eternally grateful. Normal tv isn't the same.

If it makes any difference, I am using a BT Hub 6 as my router.
