Touareg V10 5.0 TDI

Hello guys,

I have problem with one Touareg, here is what happened in short lines

Car was ok and runing 240kmh top (said by owner)
He decided that want to crush catalysators and DPFs
And he went to some other shop to do that job.
After that car wouldnt pass 80 kmh

Now he drove car to me , these thing i have done
1st found original software by hardware number
2nd turned off DPF and EGR in that file
3rd all 10 injectors changed
4th both turbos and MAF-s checked on vcds and works perfect in drive

Car now run ok more or less, but cant go pass 190 kmh.
I tryed with both 372955 383058 version of software and car runs same.
anyone have clue what i am doing wrong or someone had same problem ???

listening to customer is the first problem , there liars , something strange must of happened to go to 80kmh

That is not flash problem, original speedlimit in flash is 300Km/h if i am not wrong. And seeing that car specs, max speed is 225Km/h according manufacturer.

Yes,that is a BIG true.Most customers lies about problem history...some parts of story always missing ...

Agree on that customers leave allways something out, but that car should go atleast 220kmh?

Someone have MPC file from processor ? I think that might be a problem

so it is edc16u31, u1 pre facelift are without dpf. i have full bdm from both master and slave, i can send it to you on touesday.

and yes, many customers are a big liars, but you always know it at the end of the job. i just play it their way and charge double, you anyway need to spend more time than if they told you the whole story as is

on another forum he says he has found out this indeed was never fitted with dpf's as its early 2005

both sw versions he mentions are from edc16u31, and they have dpf (from 2007). earlier ones with edc16u1 are without dpf (2002-07). both 230kw

Update

- I have read this car dont have DPF at all, its 2005 version
- I have log torque and iq on both sides. Torque looks ok and iq is max 53 mg/stroke
is that too low for this car ???
And car is pulling really good till 3000 rpm, then accelerates way slower !
- Again checked turbos and MAF-s working great

Sorry dind't updated here. I founded that car dont have dpf at all.

I loged the car and at 190kmh it has 70mg/ stroke, 2550 mbar boost and 1100mg of air in MAF and still cant go over 190 kmh.

I think that ecu, or ecus are broken because i see that they have been opened before.

Anyway i told owner to replace ecus and gave back car to him.
