    Default 2.0 TDI EDC17CP14 egr off + DTCs

    Hi,

    I need EGR off file for VAG 2.0 TDI EDC17CP14 ECU. Egr is faulty so need also to disconnect it and kil 3 related DTCs:
    P0405
    P1440
    P0403

    I changed hysteresis to zero on these adresses but not OK, sometimes engine starts shaking.
    1BC672
    1BC6CA
    1BC784
    1BC7D8

    Original file is patched with KTAG so I can flash it via OBD with KESS.

    original KTAGPatch.rar

    You'll have DPF problems after EGR off, very frequent regenerations, especially in urban driving.

    ... and DPF can be switched off with amending Long Coding for that ECU, I think.
    I can calculate ABS module codings for:
    * Continental/Teves MK60EC1 and MK60;
    * TRW systems in Passat B6 / B7 / CC /Tiguan;
    * MK100
    ;
    * Bosch ABS8.2, ABS9.0 and ESP8.2, ESP9.0;
    * EBC 460 (UP!, Mii, Rapid, CitiGo, Fabia, Toledo, etc) New!
    *
    ... and other VW/Audi/Seat/Skoda modules.I can assist with repairing \/CDS interfaces.

    I tried with chli1976 advice, zeroing 3rd and 6th hysteresis for EGR. Egr is closed but DTC adresses not OK, with disconected EGR still have P0405 DTC.
    hid3 switching DPF via long coding you think with ODIS or VCDS?
    tango thank you for your file but I still have DPF on car so dont need dpf off file.

    Yes, via long coding. ODIS, VCDS or any other tool will work which is able to manipulate the ECU coding.
