How exactly hash errors occurs? Is that result of some programming, or some other mistake, or they occurs it self?

I dont know exactly, the key broken and the owner used some WD40 on it...

I tried to make a new key, ezs tester says it is accepted but made hash errors in second cpu, so now i try to clean up all wd inside the pcb and try it again, if not works change EZS maybe.
