    Default Seat Leon IMMO on

Hi, IÂ’ve a problem with a Leon. The ECU is faulty so I tried to code another ECU with VCDS but it wonÂ’t accept it. IÂ’m told on the Ross tech forums itÂ’s because someone has turned the IMMO off in the instruments. I have kess but not sure how to clone ECU to another one and have k+can commander that I was able to download cluster eeprom file. Can someone tell me how to either clone the broken ECU or can they turn on IMMO from the EEPROM I downloaded from instruments for me so I can get ECU to accept coding thanks.

Hi , the best with edc16 is to use bdm to fully clone ECU if you can still read the old one. Or use a programmer to read eeprom 95160 and find same flash on internet if you can't read it

Forget it , you need more tools ... Either bdm programmer like bdm100 , fgtechv54 etc or real eeprom programmer like gq4x4 for example
