Clone Ford Mustang 4.6L 2004 ECM need help

Hi all
I have a Ford Mustang 2004 with 4.6L
Ecu/Ecm is "Ford" EEC-V
Where is immo located?
I have some type of Eeprom on right side of pcb, "032FB PEDH"
And und bottom side i have some flash "N70005FWC002" "SL5TR"

I have a same used ecm/ecu as I need to
move immo to from broken.

Ned help ehat chip this is and where immo is.

Hi,
try guys at www.moates.net. (Support)
They have great experience with these ecus.
But i think immo will be in eprom 95040 (marked as ST77012 or ST77014). May will be on the lower side of the board.

Dont need more tools, need to know where immo is for clone this ecu.
I have tools for read Eeprom and flash.
Hope someone can help me with info what part I need to clone to get my used ecu to work.
I dont have car here so I need to fix all on bench

search soic-8 IC marked as 77014NC = 95040

Other side on PCB is located 77014

Bump into this thread...
I´m trying to read a Ford ECU (kess identifies as a EEC-V ECU) to change the VIN (there was some issues with the Vin Block and someone tried to write VIN with HPTuners, now VIN is a "mess"...
I was able to read this with Kess but now i cant write. Alrady tried in car and in bench and same result.
Kess Error: "Change of Status Not Possible".
Can you tell me if i can read flash using any programmer like TL866Pro?
For what i see, it seems that flash is chip with ID: N70005FWC002 (seems to be same has yours).
How can i read this if i remove from PCB?

Hi Mate can you share how do you get to read this Flash N70005FWC002 if you have a pin out or data sheet, Cause I have also this type of flash in ford focus 2003 gas and I want read. I did not find the data sheet in the google. Please help
