    Default MERCEDES SPRINTER RADIO RY2550

    can anyone give me code to my sprinter radio or help delete code system all together if its by vin chip 24c64 what happens is when i start the van it turnes on and then after a min "anti-theft protection active message turns on and i cannot get rid of it until i unplug and replug then a min later it comes back its audio 15 my vin is WD0PE845385237270 radio is a from a newer van any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

    Ive been looking for the answer to this as well . Ive installed a ry 2550 into my 2014 sprinter Ive also added the reverse camera (which works fine) its just the radio keeps entering the theft mode. I have the code just can't find out how to enter it. I think it will be a visit to the dealer. I can get the unit to fire up each time it goes into theft mod by holding in the volume knob (bottom left) for 10sec.
    I bought a code from Radio-codes cost me $16.00
