Car doesn't respond to accelerator it still have around 1000 RPM.
I read trouble codes and i have:

    DF008 - Throttle potentiometer - Bank 1 - Wiring to positive
    DF009 - Throttle potentiometer - Bank 2 - Wiring to positive

I check wiring everything OK and replace Throttle potetniometer to the other but i have still the same errors.

    Hi

Check the Exhaust System for blockage from Manifold to the Turbo side also remove the EGR valve and see if its not broken and dropped in side.

    Hope This Helps

It seems to be a wiring harness problem, as we have a shortcircuit at +12V, so the diagnostic manual says to proceed at verifying for CONTINUITY AND ISOLATION AT +12V, forthe first one :
    ECU, black conector A with 32 pins, pins H2 , G2, H3 with similar potetiometer pedal pins, respectively : 1, 2 and 6.
After you have to measure the resistance of potentiometer track 2 between the pins 2 and 6 = 2.857+-2.05 kohms.

    for the second one :
    ECU, black conector A with 32 pins, pins F3 , F2, F4 with similar potetiometer pedal pins, respectively : 4, 3 and 5.
After you have to measure the resistance of potentiometer between the pins 5 and 3 = 1.7+-0.9 kohms.

    Assuming Bosch edc153c
I have a similar fault that I am tracing on a dci. There are several sensors using the same feed. One of the sensors or wires in the loom are faulty causing the ecu to clamp the voltage. They are pedal sensor, fuel pressure sensor, air flow sensor, egr valve & turbo pressure sensor. Disconnect them one at a time To see if the pedal fault goes. If not then you need to check the ecu voltages to the pedal with the 'a' connector out. If good then check loom for short circuit.

    "DF008 - Throttle potentiometer - Bank 1 - Wiring to positive
    DF009 - Throttle potentiometer - Bank 2 - Wiring to positive"

I cannot see these faultcodes listed for thy EDC15C3
are we looking at the wrong controller?

Which engine code and ecu type are you looking at, and which tool are you using to get the codes?

DF071 and DF073 are pedal pot faults on EDC15C3

Have you found your fault? You should get a copy of diaolgies if you don't have it. This should help you, also Renault electrical wiring diagrams.
Let us know how you are doing.
