Reading bloccked ecu

I need to read flash by obd from VW golf V 2006 1.9 TDI PD BKC 105 PH EDC16u1 . Using galletto I got message that ecu is blocked for flash reading. Is there anyway possibility to read it via obd without need to open an ecu?

Think BDM is the only way,
So you need to open
