Milage traceable is no deal because I changed the dash and only want to correct it to the milage.

So try over OBD or do I have to correct LCM also?

For the chip 35080 use programmer like R260 or R270+, for LCM you can use bmw scanner it's easy 1min

Im not sure which chip it has.
Do i have to program both, dash and lcm? Behause lcm has the right milage. Only dash is a new one.

If you change dash a red dot Will be Deen on the display (due to different vin in dash) for milleage you can remove eep and change with digi.
But for change vin you need programmer like upa/xprog/R270 etc.

My e46 from 2004 doesnt have a port left from the engine. Thats weird. I only have an obd port inside the car.
Digiprog wants to have ST06. Thats the round cable.
do i have to choose e90 insted? Because of the odb Port.

You can't do it via OBD you need to modify chip in dash (kilometer and VIN)
