Default Need help with MAP edc15 GOLF TDI 150HP

    Hi everyone,

I readed this file from a car. I see that thee file is mapped. I change an original file and remapped it. But customer has changed the turbo to hybrid turbo GT19.
    Car is a Golf 4 1.9TDI 150HP.

I remapped the file with ecm titanium and change every map with up to 30%.
But customer wants more hp so the first file (up to 20% increase) is more appreciable than the second file with 30%. ( i try 2 files)

Can any help me with EXTREMELY tune this file, car can smoke, that isn't any problem for the customer.
I think the value of map sensor make to more bar (i think 4 bar) for perfect working of turbo.

Who can help me ? We need make this file to MIN 200hp. i try extremely file 30% increase but customer is not statisfied.

    Greetz from Belgium

You need a complete modification of your mapping,
the file you uploaded is practically of origin,
you need to boost pressure up to 1.65 bar and an injection of at least 72mg,
you have to de-limit the smoke and torque maps,
If you do not have sufficient knowledge to do a good tuning I advise you to go to a professional,
with the map you provide you probably do not have power increase
