Opel Astra G Z14XEP read pin with carprog

I have problem with Opel Astra G Z14XEP read pin with carprog.
Use carprog 4.74 opel K-line /Bosch ME 7.6.2 ECU Z14XEP
carprog connect ECU,read,and only show ?????

can somebody help me?

ok ???? at pin? vin data is ok????? if you will get ???? only at pin maybe the ecu is already reseted, in this case you will need only to program to new car....
but the ecu is on a working car or????

read it as CAN ecu,in the past i have same prob with clone c.p.
also check it on bench if is in "security waiting time"

read by immo data,read wrong pin.

I think CP clone can't read pin from XEP only from XE...try with abritus or fvdi.
