    Thanks for the quick response shooting. I'm hoping to avoid my dealer again following a bad experience.

    Unfortunately 14524 didn't work. I've double checked the serial numbers I supplied and they are correct, is there any other codes to try?

    I don't have numbers on my head unit, I access the diagnostics by holding the "brightness button" + "menu" + "power"Head unit SN.jpg

    I've hopefully attached the pic of the Serial number.

    Try 43125, if not you'll need to post dump for code

    I'll need to research how to get the dump code!
