You make mistake in Installation I have This software On windows7 and works fine.
How to install map3

start by extracting the files

Find cmd1.crt and place it in C:\WINDOWS\system32\ and C:\WINDOWS

the Important is turn the computer clock back to 11.12.05




Now start the program and click the registration button , below the O.K button , now copy and paste the top number in the box below and click the box to the left
and the same again x 2

Now close the program and restart it

Its all Good. I Solved iT Without timeback.;-)
My solution, Not need to make date back to 11.12.2015
Ps: when you mention cmd1.crt it is not there only cmd.crt2
Bether say search for cmd1
Or find Cmd1.crt2 and rename iT
