VW Polo 2009 engine ecu replace

hi friends i need your help to replace engine ecu for vw polo 2009 the original one on the car is for automatic transmission i got second hand one with manual transmission both ecus are magneti marelli IAW 4HV
original ecu vag No 03C906024AP
new second hand ecu part No 03C606024AD
( the car is not at my workshop it will be here in the few coming days i hope to ready before i got the car )
if i swapped the 95320 eeprom will do job ?
or i need to get the login for both ecus and program with VCDS or do i need to change the component security CS for the new used ecu ?
