I buy this tool and after install software and plug usb programmer driver not install automatically, i choice ,,recomanded,, and i get this problem (in picture)
Use xp sp3 and in device manager get ,,unknow device,,
Programmer work good with serial cable and power.....
Try to reinstall software, same problem....prob.jpg
