megsane 1996 immo 8 digit code???

hi guys got called to an old renault megane 1996, lost keys, did a key but couldnt get the 8 digit immo code. problem is the old fella was getting confused so i didnt want to fuss him with logbook, photo id, utility bills etc to get the code.. so i though you clever guys might be able to help, i inclose a picture of the service book, thanks guys

megane from from 96 to 99 - 4 DIGIT and 99 to 2002 - 8 DIGIT

from service book photo your pin should be : 3199 or 1422 - Use this code to start the car emergency
if you have IMMO 2 (8 DIGIT) Remove the UCH from the car and read it.

in both cases if you need transponder remove immo from car read it
