l do replase &regeneration(chekc dont put on), write file dpf_off.
But P1564( P1564 Excessive distance traveled by light DPF ON)-active.

I am afraid you will have to find a full bdm backup flash+eeprom from another ecu.

From what I see online that error remain in eeprom and won't go away even with correct dpf off file.
