Default Honda 2002 ST1300 eeprom location

    Hi guys,

Does anybody know the eeprom location on this Honda ECU?
I did find an LR56 but there was no key data in there.

    Cheers

No direct access to the eprom on this ecu its buried under the heat sink. So you need to read it from the back.

    Hi Cromwe11,

Thanks for the info May I ask does this apply to the 2006 ST1300 with the 38770-MCS-G02 ECU as well? If so please may I ask for a photo graph further away to get location properly.

Please AND Thank You in advance.

If you are looking to make new keys then you need the engine ecu part number starts 38770. That’s the ABS ecu you have pictured.

6C7D57F3-7F40-4896-97B0-86C3F4BB69EC.jpg No12 in the image just behind the abs ecu that you have. You ECU will be 38770-MCS-G02.

    Default ST1300 back connection

TACHOSOFT will show you PART of the info...

lines 080 - 090 enter the info in KM
lines 0C0 - 0D0 enter same info in miles.

in my case I had to do both in order to have it working...

    its a 93c56 eeprom

    Good luck
